Kindness and compassion are incredibly infectious and it will truly light up your life. If you don’t have very many people you can appreciate in your life think of how fortunate you were to wake up today with working lungs and eyes able to read. Think of how fortunate you are to have the opportunity to live a new day. Every opportunity is what you make of it. I know feeling shitty can bring you down. But this has really helped me pick myself up and turn a potentially bad day into one where I am grateful to be living. Take your life into your own hands and make it what you want it to be."
